Welcome to Joyce’s Highview (“we,” “us,” or “our”), a privately managed vacation rental located in Kingstown, St. Vincent. By confirming a reservation, submitting payment, or staying at our property, you (“guest,” “you,” or “your”) agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Reservations & Payments

• Reservations are confirmed only after a deposit or full payment has been received.

• We accept PayPal and cash as methods of payment.

• The remaining balance is due upon check-in, unless otherwise stated in your confirmation message.

• Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation of the booking and loss of deposit.

2. Check-In / Check-Out

• Check-in: 3:00 PM

• Check-out: 11:00 AM
  Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and subject to an additional fee or based on availability.

3. Guest Responsibilities

Guests agree to:

• Treat the property, furnishings, and amenities with care and respect.

• Refrain from smoking indoors or hosting unapproved parties/events.

• Limit occupancy to the number of guests listed on the reservation.

• Report any damages, malfunctions, or safety concerns immediately.

4. Security Deposit

A refundable security deposit may be required. The deposit will be returned within 7 business days of check-out, less any costs for damages, missing items, or excessive cleaning.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

Please refer to our Cancellation Policy for full details. Approved refunds will be processed via PayPal or in cash (depending on the original payment method) within 5–7 business days.

6. Add-On Packages

Enhancement bundles such as High View Ease and High View Indulgence are subject to availability. Once service delivery (such as chef, driver, or laundry) has begun, these add-ons are non-refundable.

7. Liability

Guests stay at their own risk. Joyce’s Highview, its owners, and staff are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, illness, theft, or loss of personal property that occur on or near the premises.

8. Force Majeure

In the event of natural disasters, flight cancellations, power outages, or government restrictions beyond our control, we will offer guests the option to reschedule or receive a credit for a future stay.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of St. Vincent and the Grenadines. Any disputes shall be resolved through local jurisdiction in Kingstown.
